Audio Conference Bridge

Buisana offers an Audio Conference Bridge as an add-on feature to any of its user-based seats.  When a conference bridge is added, the PBX has access to a new number that the moderator and up to 14 participants can dial into, with a unique Participant ID and a separate Moderator PIN to open the bridge.

This bridge is audio only.  For desktop sharing or other collaboration, other products would need to be used, such as MyRoom within nCommand.

Locating the Conference Bridge Information

In the Customer Administration Portal, there is a section under Enterprise Services that will reveal all the details about any audio conference bridge in the PBX.

Using the Bridge

By dialing the 10 digit number for the conference, you will be connected to the system.  Participants should enter the Conference ID number provided by the host, while the moderator should enter the Moderator PIN to open the bridge and connect all of the participants.

Once in the bridge, there are some commands available to moderators and participants.

Moderator Commands:

·      * – List the Conference Control Command Options.
·      *1 ¬ Mute/Un Mute your line.
·      *2 ¬ Provides you with a Participant Count
·      *3 ¬ Places your Participants in “Lecture Mode”
·      *4 ¬ Locks/Unlocks Conference
·      *5 ¬ Conference Recording
·      *6 ¬ Call a new participant
·      *8 ¬ Ends Conferences.
·      # – Returns you to the conference from any Command Menu Option

Participant Commands:

·      * – List the Conference Control Command Options
·      *1 ¬ Mute/Un Mute your line
·      *2 ¬ Provides you with a Participant Count
·      *9 ¬ Allows you to log in as a Moderator
